MANAGING DIRECTOR, PHUFA ENTERPRISE
Phupa Phuwadonanon is the Managing Director of Phufa Enterprise, a pioneering healthcare organization specializing in inpatient addiction treatment across Thailand. With a strong focus on clinical quality, compassionate care, and regional accessibility, Phufa Enterprise operates a network of rehabilitation centers, including Sahwan International Rehab Center in Hua Hin and multiple branches of Phufa Resthome—located in Bangkok, Chiang Rai, and most recently, Khon Kaen in Northeast Thailand.
Phupa is a Certified Addiction Treatment Professional (ICAP I) with formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Universal Treatment Curriculum for Substance Use Disorders (UTC). He has overseen every phase of Phufa’s expansion—from facility design and licensing to program development and talent recruitment—ensuring each center maintains the highest standard of ethical and evidence-based care.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Politics from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Thammasat University. He is also a graduate of the Executive Medical Management Program (EMMP) and the Director Certification Program (DCP) in Thailand, equipping him with governance expertise tailored to healthcare enterprises.
Phupa’s leadership extends beyond business operations. As Secretary of the International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP) Thailand and an appointed member of a national taskforce under the Ministry of Public Health, he plays an active role in shaping Thailand’s addiction treatment landscape.
With a commitment to innovative, patient-first solutions, Phupa leads Phufa Enterprise with the belief that lasting recovery stems from both clinical excellence and human connection. His work continues to transform the way addiction care is delivered—making it more dignified, accessible, and effective for individuals and families across the country.
